Here's a very nice review of the Amiina / Brave Timbers gig at last week's Klotski (in Dutch). Next Klotski night = oct 21st with Nadja and Ultraphallus.

Kaspar Hauser Records is co-hosting some concert nights at the Kavka venue in Antwerp in autumn.
Firstly, there's the übercool Bloemekesfest, a 2-day festival with an expo (curated by Astrid Yskout), short film screenings (curated by Sergej Lopouchansky), dj's Butsenzeller and Die Hard 3, food (curated by Javier Tobar) and lots of bands. A.o. these bands will be playing on september 17th: Dóttir Slonza (be), Hellvete (be) and Glissando (uk). The line-up for september 18th includes a.o.: Jason Urick (us), Kaboom Karavan (be) and Milan W (be). Check the labelnights page for the full line-up.
After Bloemekesfest there's the Klotski series, co-hosted with the lAmpekAp collective. During 3 concert nights we'll try to offer the audience a different way of experiencing live music by altering the shape of the venue while bands are playing. Think of moving walls, projections, peepholes, etc. These are the line-ups for the Klotski series: Amiina (is) and Brave Timbers (uk) on sep 30th, Nadja (ca) and Ultraphallus (be) on oct 21st, Black To Comm (de), Wouter Van Veldhoven (nl) and Eric Thielemans (be) on nov 25th. Since the capacity of the venue will be rather limited, you might want to make a reservation. You can find all information on the Klotski website.
